We are a young company born as a request from our customers, who where not able anymore to follow with the increasing number of projects under development in the Puerto Vallarta Bay Area. The fact of having one interface through one sales representative and company covering the spectrum of offerings has been very well accepted.
It is our goal to implement and establish clear operating standards in such a way that we provide a reliable and consistent service through time and different services as: selling, purchasing, renting, project consulting, asset and property management, always with a quality, professional and ethical approach.
If we do not have the expertise and/or knowledge in-house, we will team up, on a case per case base with local experts in order to deliver the best integrated service following our guidelines and assuming agreed responsibility and accountability.
Our access to Puerto Vallarta Multiple Listing Service (MLS), our extended network of influence and advertising potential, is a plus for our customers who would like to sell their property, optimizing time to market and return on investment.
As a member of Mexican Association of Professional Realtors (A.M.P.I.) we not only follow the ethics guidelines, but we are kept updated of Real Estate laws governing this business in Mexico through training, seminars and permanent communication.
